Kelly Ellison is a nationally recognized leader in family-building benefits and financial advocacy. Drawing on her own experience as an adoptive parent, she founded Your Adoption Finance Coach in 2013 β the first organization dedicated to helping adoptive families navigate the financial side of adoption β which has since helped more than 20,000 families secure over $22 million in resources. In 2018 she founded Vesta for Families, partnering with employers to provide education, financial guidance, and care navigation across every path to parenthood. She holds an MBA from Rockhurst University's Executive Fellows Program.
Rita Soronen has spent more than 40 years advocating for abused, neglected, and vulnerable children. She has led the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption since 2001, directing more than $41 million in annual grants and programs including Wendy's Wonderful Kids®, Adoption-Friendly Workplace, and National Adoption Day. A nationally recognized child welfare advocate, she has testified before Congress and serves on several national boards. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville and lives in Columbus, Ohio.
Dedicated to enhancing the day-to-day experience of NVIDIA's 45,000 employees, Beau joined when the company had fewer than 1,000 employees and helped guide its evolution from computer graphics to AI leader. Over 20+ years, his remit has spanned compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, mobility, employee listening, well-being, and crisis support. He holds a Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's from Rutgers University.
Andrew Lewis is a senior partner at KPMG LLP with 28 years of experience in financial statement audits, attestation, and advisory services for federal agencies and nuclear energy companies, and recently led KPMG's Federal Audit Service Line. A former foster and adoptive parent, he launched the KPMG National Foster Care and Adoption Network in 2021 β now over 400 members across 45+ KPMG offices β connecting foster and adoptive parents, adult adoptees, birth parents, and adoption advocates.

As VP of Human Resources at Ferring Pharmaceuticals U.S., Purvi leads U.S. HR and sits on the U.S. Executive Committee and Global HR Leadership Team, focused on building a workplace culture that reflects Ferring's passion for people and families.
